About these photographs:
I have been a bit busy for the last few months. So, I haven’t really had the chance to upload new artwork to my page, let alone create a blog post. But I wanted to share some of the photographs I have been shooting in the past few weeks. These photographs of trains, huskies, dachshunds and more are in the gallery above, I hope you like them!
You can go ahead and buy some of these photographs on online stores, but most of them aren’t for sale. I simply wanted to share these pictures with you. If you head over to my DeviantArt page, you can download most of them for free (or simply do it here, if you prefer) 🙂
The lovely husky in the photographs is my pet, and she’s called Cleos. She’s 5 and extremely relaxed and easygoing, so photo shoots including her are a very easy affair. I snapped the pictures above a couple of days ago, because I wanted to get in some practice time since I hadn’t been photographing as much lately.
The photographs showing leaves, trunks, succulents, and nature in general, were shot in my garden. I love to explore and find the natural beauty that is all around us, in things that seem as boring as an old tree trunk.
I recently visited Guatemala’s national railway museum (Museo del Ferrocarril), and snapped the pictures of trains and engines you see above. I wish I had visited with a little more time on my hands. It was getting a bit dark when I arrived, so the photos are a bit noisy, but overall, I like them very much. I specially like the photographs showing engines No. 204 and No.205, they have a really cool, vintage, industrial feeling to them.
What do you think? If you like these photographs of trains, metal dachshunds, and huskies, please share this website! I also encourage you to check out my online shop 🙂
